Underground containers
Measures from above through the drop shaft – reliable even with condensation.

What the PhilRay can do
Fill-level measurement
An optical time-of-flight sensor plus radar. Both readings are in the platform – you decide which one leads.
Collections
An acceleration sensor detects crane emptying and records the volumes before and after.
Connectivity
LTE-M and NB-IoT with Europe-wide coverage. A LoRaWAN variant is available.
Geoposition
GPS with a clear view of the sky, plus positioning via the mobile network.
Temperature
Measured continuously with every fill-level reading.
Configuration
Measuring and transmission intervals plus thresholds for fill level and temperature – all in the platform.
Battery
Replaceable batteries designed for 5 years. A low charge level is reported.
Mounting
Through-holes and brackets for 20 to 90°, or for bonding.

Choose the bracket
For angles from 20 to 90°, or as an adhesive mount – whatever suits the container.
Mount the sensor
Screw it down through the through-holes, measuring direction into the container.
Pair it in the app
Scan the sensor QR code, pick the container, assign it – done.
Configure it
Set the measuring interval, transmission and alarm thresholds in the platform.
